Note the GPX file number seen when rolling the mouse over a route marker.
Click the "GPX file" link on the page, this will take you to a GPX list in humyo.com
Right click on the folder icon you want to download
Click "Download", you may need to clear the gold bar at top of your screen
Click "Save" and save the file in a suitable folder (saving as .gpx file type will help
when using EasyGPS below).
You can use mapmyride.com to plot and view the route by using the "import" option.
You can download "EasyGPS" to get GPX files into your GPS device.
